Banquet for Life

Dear Friends,

It’s that time of year again when we begin promoting our “Banquet of Life”.  This year’s Banquet will be held on Friday, September 26, 2008at Higgins Hall (you will find reservation and table sponsorship information enclosed). Our theme this year is “Celebrating the Culture of Life” and our evening will be filled with lively entertainment, fine food and a silent auction. 

I would like to share a few of our outcomes:

        ·      384 Pregnancy test and crisis counseling clients

·      1021 Emergency assistance for single moms.

·      95 clients (average) participating in our mentoring program each month.

·      $56,099 worth of infant and baby supplies provided to clients

·      2310 volunteer hours donated to this ministry.

·      407 youth received the abstinence message through the POWER Team.

·      272 hours of post abortion counseling to hurting women and men through Project Rachel.

·      280 clients served through adoption services with 13 babies placed in adoptive homes.

·      1416 migrant/farm-workers received services through our Mobile Medical Services.

Our goal this year is to raise $50,000 toward our $250,000 annual budget.

Please help us double our attendance and build support by inviting a friend to join you.    

Again this year we will be joining hands with Adoption and Catholic Mobile Medical Services to provide increased programming to reach the abortion-vulnerable client.    There is so much to be accomplished before we can make this a reality, including your financial support as well as the recruitment of medical and other volunteers.
